At Diamond Ranch, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we offer a straightforward refund process under the conditions outlined below. This policy applies to all purchases made through our online store.

 

2. Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for a refund, items must meet the following requirements:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be shipped back to us within 7 days after your return is approved.

Items that do not meet these conditions may be denied or issued store credit instead.

 

3. Non‑Refundable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as “non‑returnable” on the product page
  • Damaged items caused by improper use, wear, or handling after delivery

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist you.

 

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If rejected:

  • We will notify you with the reason.
  • You may choose to have the item shipped back to you at your expense.

 

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Shipping fees paid at checkout are non‑refundable.

 

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or style, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

 

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the processing window:

  • Contact your credit card company
  • Contact your bank

If you still have not received your refund, reach out to us for assistance.

 

8. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it must follow the standard return process.
