Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Processing typically takes 1â2 business days. During highâvolume periods (sales, holidays, new releases), processing may take slightly longer.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
United States
- Standard Shipping: 3â7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2â3 business days
- Express Shipping: 1â2 business days
International Shipping
International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. Most orders arrive within 7â21 business days.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

We offer Free Shipping on qualifying orders within the United States.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take up to 24â48 hours to appear, depending on the carrier.
If you do not receive your tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy

- Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Lost packages resulting from address errors
- Additional fees for reâshipping returned packages
If you need to update your address, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we cannot make changes.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier.
If your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors or building management
- Waiting 24 hours (carriers sometimes mark packages early)
- Contacting the carrier directly for assistance
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

If an item is marked as preâorder or backorder, the estimated shipping date will be shown on the product page.
Orders containing both inâstock and preâorder items may ship together or separately depending on availability.

These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping rates.
